I made an order 2 weeks ago. It hadn’t shipped yet and I can’t get any customer service to respond to my emails.
I just used it yesterday on a slab of pork ribs as a base to hold my rub. That was my original intent, to use it in place of yellow mustard, which I have done for years.
It served its purpose pretty well. Unlike yellow mustard, this Caribbean mustard added some flavor (good) to the ribs.
I will have to try on other things to see what its true value to cooking may be.
The Caribbean mustard is my go to binder for smoked meats !!!
Nothing special about this sauce, unfortunately. Still looking for the "one that knocks your socks off"!
