Pork Chops Recipe:


- 2 bone-in pork chops

- 4 tablespoons of Hunter’s Smoked Rub

- Pinch of salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

-1/4 stick of Butter

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with Hunter’s Smoked Rub and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 6-10 minutes per side. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
