I placed an order with them 3 months go, and still haven’t received anything. I reached out to the email they provided, and still haven’t heard anything. Don’t order anything from them because they’re just gonna take your money.
Ordered 2 of these sauces and never received them! Freaking scam! Do not buy from this person!!!!!!!!! If I could take away that one star I would!!!
I made an order 2 weeks ago. It hadn’t shipped yet and I can’t get any customer service to respond to my emails.
I just used it yesterday on a slab of pork ribs as a base to hold my rub. That was my original intent, to use it in place of yellow mustard, which I have done for years.
It served its purpose pretty well. Unlike yellow mustard, this Caribbean mustard added some flavor (good) to the ribs.
I will have to try on other things to see what its true value to cooking may be.
The Caribbean mustard is my go to binder for smoked meats !!!
