Hunters Jerk Seasoning & Dry Rub
West-Indian blends of zesty ginger, allspice (also known as Jamaican pepper), fiery chili peppers, blended with tangy sweet tropical blends of citrus flavors with scrumptious brown sugar. This aroma gives notes of tropical ginger spiced pepper.
Jamaican Jerk Wings Recipe:
This is one of my favorite recipes that I like to have fun with throughout the year, whether it's hot or cold. This recipe is soooo simple yet so tasty, it will blow your mind. This spicy Jerk recipe definitely comes in handy on a game night with friends over, or Friday night with family.
Ingredients (Super Easy to Make)
- 4 lbs. Chicken Wings
- 1/2c of Hunter's "Caribbean Jerk" sauce (Optional)
- 5 tbsp. Hunter's "Hunter's Jerk Seasoning" Dry Rub
- A splash of salt (Optional)
Instructions
- Place your chicken wings onto a sheet pan or in a bowl.
- Evenly season both sides using Hunter's “Jerk Seasoning” fully coating the wings.
- Grill/Bake/Fry your chicken wings between the temperatures of 300-350F until ready at 165F.
- Place your cooked wings into a large bowl
- Pour the Hunter's "Caribbean Jerk" sauce over the wings and coat them evenly (Optional)
- Serve & Bon Appetit
