For Pork Ribs:

    • Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs.
    • Rub the ribs with Hunter’s Smoked Rub and Hunter’s Texas Seasoning, ensuring an even coating.
  2. Grilling:
    • Preheat the grill to 225°F (107°C) for indirect heat.
    • Place the ribs on the grill and smoke for 3 hours.
  3. Wrap and Finish:
    • Lay out two double layers of aluminum foil.
    • Place each rack on a piece of foil, drizzle with apple cider vinegar, and sprinkle with apple juice.
    • Seal the ribs tightly in the foil and return to the grill for 2 more hours.
  4. Final Grilling:
    • Unwrap the ribs, brush Hunter’s Country Boy Sauce, and grill for an additional 30 minutes until caramelized.

For Beef Ribs:

  1. Preparation:

Instructions:
