Ingredients:

- 1 bushel collard greens

- 3/4 cup cream cheese

- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 4 tablespoons of Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard

- 3 tablespoons of Hunter's Texas Seasoning

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1/2 onion, chopped

- Olive oil for sautéing

- 1/2 smoked turkey wing (Optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a cast iron skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add Hunter’s Texas Seasoning, Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard, minced garlic, and chopped onions, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the chopped collard greens and sauté until they wilt and become tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture back into the cast iron skillet.
Place the cast iron skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is light golden brown.
Remove from the oven (use oven mitts to handle the hot skillet) and let it cool slightly before serving.
