  • 1 lb ground beef (75% lean)
  • Hunter’s Texas Seasoning
  • 4 slices of (cheddar or your favorite cheese)
  • 4 hamburger buns (Potato or Brioche)
  • Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy Sauce
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings)


  1. Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Shape the Patties:
    • Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
    • Season each patty evenly of both sides using Hunter’s Texas Seasoning.
  3. Grill the Patties:
    • Place the patties on the preheated grill.
    • Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Add Cheese:
    • During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty. Close the lid to let the cheese melt.
  5. Toast the Buns:
    • Spread the Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy Sauce on the buns and place them side down on the grill. Toast for about 1-2 minutes.
    • After it’s toasted, add one more layer of sauce on the buns.
  6. Assemble the Burgers:
    • Add your optional fixins’ with the cooked cheeseburgers onto the bun.
  7. Burger Remoulade Sauce (Option):
    • Mix together Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy Sauce, mayonnaise, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce to create a delicious burger sauce and spread it on the buns.

  • 2 racks of St. Louis style ribs
  • 4 tablespoons of Hunter’s Smoked Rub (Per Rack)
  • 4 tablespoons of Hunter’s Texas Seasoning (Per Rack)
  • ¼ cup of Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard Marinade
  • ¼ cup of Hunter’s Country Boy Bar BQ Sauce


  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor penetration. 
  3. Apply a thin layer of Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard Marinade as a binder on both sides of the ribs. This helps the dry rub adhere.
  4. Generously rub Hunter’s Smoked Rub & Hunter’s Texas Seasoning dry rub onto the ribs, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Place the ribs on the preheated pellet grill and smoke for about 3 hours.
  6. After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in foil to create a tight seal. Add apple juice or your preferred liquid for moisture.
  7. Return the foiled ribs to the grill and smoke for an additional 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
  8. Carefully unwrap the ribs and brush them with Hunter’s Country Boy Bar BQ Sauce.
  9. Place the sauced ribs back on the grill for an additional 30 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.
  10. Once done, remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

For the Marinade:

  • 6 tbsp of Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard Marinade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of Hunter’s Texas Seasoning 


  1. Marinate the Steak:
    • Combine Hunter’s Caribbean Mustard, olive oil, minced garlic and Hunter’s Texas Seasoning. 
    • Place the steak in a resealable bag, pour in the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the Steak:
    • Preheat the pan to high heat.
    • Grill the marinated steak to your preferred doneness, typically 5-6 minutes per side for medium.
    • Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. Serve:
    • Serve immediately for a delightful and satisfying steak!

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  1.  Marinate Chicken:

  2. Breading:
    • In separate shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  3. Frying:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
