Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef (75% lean)
- Hunter’s Texas Seasoning (or favorite Hamburger Seasoning)
- 4 slices of (cheddar or your favorite cheese)
- 4 hamburger buns (Potato)
- Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy BBQ Sauce
- Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings
Instructions:
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Shape the Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Season each patty evenly of both sides using Hunter’s Texas Seasoning.
- Grill the Patties:
- Place the patties on the preheated grill.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
- Add Cheese:
