Hunter's Mid-West Cowboy BBQ Sauce on a Grilled Double Cheeseburger
 

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef (75% lean)
  • Hunter’s Texas Seasoning (or favorite Hamburger Seasoning)
  • 4 slices of (cheddar or your favorite cheese)
  • 4 hamburger buns (Potato)
  • Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy BBQ Sauce
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional toppings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Shape the Patties:
    • Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
    • Season each patty evenly of both sides using Hunter’s Texas Seasoning.
  3. Grill the Patties:
    • Place the patties on the preheated grill.
    • Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Add Cheese:
    • During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty. Close the lid to let the cheese melt.
  5. Toast the Buns:
    • Spread the Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy BBQ Sauce on the buns and place them side down on the grill. Toast for about 1-2 minutes.
    • After it’s toasted, add one more layer of BBQ sauce on the buns.
  6. Assemble the Burgers:
    • Add your optional fixins’ with the cooked cheeseburgers onto the bun.
  7. Burger Remoulade Sauce (Option):
    • Mix together Hunter’s Midwest Cowboy BBQ Sauce, mayonnaise, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce to create a delicious burger sauce and spread it on the buns.
  8. Serve your double cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
